Our Passion is to Teach children and adults how to be safer around water and enjoy the benefits of being in the water and being able to swim. Swimming is a very important life skill as well as a great way to help you stay fit and healthy. Whether its you looking for the kids to have the skills to safely have fun in and round the pool on holiday or you looking to improve your technique so that you can keep fit or you just simply want to learn we want to help you achieve your goals
MONIFIETH
HIGH SCHOOL
Monifieth High School has a 20 metre 4 lane swimming pool that we use for lessons with dedicated changing facilities and shower area for young swimmers and parents to utilise. We have a full programme of lessons at this venue that cater for from complete beginners right through to competent lane swimming pre club swimmers. The pool has external viewing windows for parents to watch lessons as well as an internal area for parents to wait whilst lessons are on. This is our busiest venue as we cater for every level of swimmer within each lesson time so is particularly suited to families with 2, 3 or more children who can all enjoy their lessons within the same lesson time.

Monday 5pm -7pm
All Lessons are 30mins please be on poolside ready to start just before your lesson time.

HYDROTHERAPY
POOL
Harestane Hydrotherapy Pool is particularly suited to beginners and beginner improvers as it is a small pool that is not too daunting for our youngest and sometimes most timid swimmers. It is a lovely and warm pool and is a very welcoming venue where
can sit with the children on poolside until
they are confident enough to let their parents or
carers retire into the dedicated viewing gallery that
runs the length of the pool with a full sided glass window.
